Founder
Tyler Sadek is a seasoned private equity professional with over 12 years of experience investing in and growing companies. As the founder of Founders Mosaic Partners, he provides leadership across the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and diligence to closing and board-level strategy.
Prior to launching Founders Mosaic, Tyler spent nearly a decade at Teays River Investments, a firm focused on the food and agriculture sector. His career has also included leadership roles at Innovative Seed Solutions and investment consulting at Stifel Nicolaus. He began his career in finance at LaSalle Bank before serving as Director of Finance & Operations at Campus Outreach.
Tyler holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance & Accounting from Emory University, where he also minored in Architecture and served as President of the Chi Phi Fraternity.
Originally from Chicago and now based in Indianapolis, Tyler enjoys a simple life with his wife and five children. He is an avid learner and active lifestyle enthusiast who loves reading, traveling, good food, and playing soccer, basketball, golf, and jiu jitsu. A devoted Cubs fan, he also enjoys following soccer and spending time with his family.
Tyler has served on the boards of The Oaks Academy and Campus Outreach and is a proud member of YPO.

Aaron Candiano is an investment analyst at Founders Mosaic Partners, where he supports the firm’s work across deal sourcing, diligence, and portfolio company engagement. Since joining the team in 2022, Aaron has brought a thoughtful, founder-first approach to evaluating opportunities and partnering with business leaders.
Aaron is also the co-founder of Candiano Beef, a family-operated beef company based in Anderson, Indiana, which he has helped grow for over a decade. His background blends entrepreneurial experience with hands-on financial analysis, including a finance internship at Schwazze in Denver, Colorado.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from DePauw University, where he was a Management Fellow, a varsity athlete, and served as President of InterVarsity. Aaron thrives in collaborative environments, brings strong character and curiosity to his work, and enjoys connecting with entrepreneurs building meaningful companies.
Based in Indianapolis, Aaron is deeply rooted in the Midwest and brings a values-driven mindset to both his personal and professional life.
